Granville Island is a tourist hot spot with narrow streets and a large amount of foot traffic. In the past, traditional patching methods were used to repair the settled tracks, involving a large crew, trucks, and compaction equipment. The Granville Island Works Department trialed EZ Street cold asphalt in 50lb bags and is now able to complete the work with two men, some hand tools and a wheel barrow.
